Allan R. Bosch


J.D., C.P.A., A.P.A. He is licensed to practice law in both Idaho and Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant and an Accredited Pension Administrator. His practice emphasizes fringe benefits, qualified retirement plans, tax-exempt organizations, estate planning, and federal and state taxation. Mr. Bosch was born in Rugby, North Dakota, graduated from the University of North Dakota Magna Cum Laude, and received his legal education at Creighton University School of Law. Prior to joining Bosch, Daw & Ballard, Chartered, he was a Senior Tax Manager for Touche Ross & Co. in Boise. Mr. Bosch is the author of various tax-related articles in several professional publications. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association (Chairman, Taxation, Probate & Trust Section, 1995-1996), the Nebraska State Bar Association, the National Lawyers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Boise Estate Planning Council (President, 1996-1997), the National Institute of Pension Administrators-Idaho Chapter (President 1998-1999), and other professional organizations.



C. A. Daw


He is licensed to practice law in Idaho. His practice emphasizes state tax law, tax and valuation litigation, and corporate and real estate law. Mr. Daw was born in Moscow, Idaho, graduated from the University of Idaho and received his legal education from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he graduated with honors and was named to the Idaho Law Review. Prior to joining Bosch, Daw, & Ballard, Chartered, he was a Deputy Attorney General with the Idaho State Tax Commission. He serves as a consultant to the States of Oklahoma, Kansas, Montana, Iowa and Florida on ad valorem tax valuation issues. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and a member of the Executive Committee and Attorney Section Chairman of the National Conference of Unit Value States.



David G. Ballard

He is licensed to practice law in Idaho. His practice is devoted to debtor and creditor relations, real estate, transportation and business law. Mr. Ballard earned his B.A. degree from Boise State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho. He has lectured on 1031 Exchanges, and is a member of the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics, and Policy; the Idaho Trucking Association; the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry; and the Idaho State Bar (and its Real Estate Practice Section).
